Here is our simple step by step guide on how to switch to Boxall Brown & Jones:
• Check your current Terms of Business to see how much notice you need to give to terminate your contract with your current agent.
• Give the required notice in writing to terminate your contract, make sure you receive acknowledgment from your current agent that the notice has been received and a date agreed for termination.
• You will receive a copy of our Terms of Business and details of your dedicated Property Manager
• We will contact your current agent to obtain all documentation relating to the property and tenancy, including Tenants contact details.
• Once we have received all the documentation, we will contact your Tenant to advise that Boxall Brown & Jones will taking over the management of the property and provide them with bank details for rent payments going forward and details of their dedicated Property Manager.
• We will deal with the transfer of the Tenants deposit to our own Tenancy Deposit Scheme and collect any management keys from your current agent.
