Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our busy Derby branch. We will consider full time and part time applicants.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced office based role for someone who enjoys working with people, property and sales. You will assist buyers in finding suitable properties while supporting vendors through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Providing feedback to vendors following viewings
- Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities including sales valuations
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Assisting with marketing properties including online listings, photography, and brochures
- Delivering excellent customer service
Skills & Experience
- Previous estate agency or lettings experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and personable manner
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy office environment
