
Boxall Brown & Jones is proud to share some exciting news. Our respected Partner, Chris Birds, has been appointed by the Judicial Appointments Commission as a Valuer Member of the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), part of the wider Lands Tribunal system in the UK.
This prestigious appointment recognises Chris’s outstanding expertise and professionalism within the property sector and reflects the high standards we uphold at Boxall Brown & Jones.
As a member of the Property Tribunal, Chris will preside over cases covering a wide range of residential property matters. He will apply his extensive knowledge and experience to ensure fair and informed decisions.
Chris is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and has been a Partner at Boxall Brown & Jones for over 24 years. He brings integrity, insight, and a commitment to excellence across both residential and commercial property matters. This appointment is a personal milestone for Chris and a reflection of the calibre of professionals within our firm. A well-known local businessman, Chris has also served as a Magistrate in Derby for many years and is highly experienced in legal processes and complex dispute resolution.
