Boxall Brown & Jones is proud to announce that Partners Chris Birds and Mark Richardson have achieved one of the highest honours within the property profession, having both been appointed Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
FRICS status represents the highest level of professional membership awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and recognises individuals who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievement, leadership and significant contributions to the property industry.
Chris and Mark, who are both equity partners in Boxall Brown & Jones and sister company BB&J Commercial, have played a central role in shaping the businesses into two of Derby’s most trusted property specialists across both residential and commercial sectors.
Chris commented, “Achieving FRICS status is a proud milestone in my career. Professionalism, integrity and delivering the highest standards for our clients have always been at the heart of everything we do at Boxall Brown & Jones. This recognition also reflects the strength and dedication of our entire team.”
Chris has worked alongside fellow Partner Mark Richardson, who also achieved FRICS status, for more than two decades. Together they have overseen the continued growth and success of both Boxall Brown & Jones and sister company BB&J Commercial.
Since taking ownership of the business in 2012, Chris and Mark have guided the company through a period of sustained growth. This included relocating to larger premises at Wyvern Business Park in 2020 to support the expansion of the team and services.
At Boxall Brown & Jones, the commitment to professional standards and customer care has been fundamental to the firm’s continued success across residential sales, lettings and property management throughout Derby and the surrounding areas.
This latest achievement reinforces the company’s dedication to delivering trusted, professional advice and maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of residential property.
